Our process in detail

1. Call our booking hotline on 02476 351385 to discuss your requirements.

2. We will need to confirm with you the following information:

3. We will provide you with an estimate for the total cost of the booking. Please be aware that prices will be changed if additional services/distance/stops are added to the job.

4. A driver will then be allocated to you.

5. We will then contact you to confirm the estimated time of arrival.

6. On arrival you are allocated a 10 minute timeframe to load your items into the van. If requested the driver can assist you with your load, this and additional loading times are charged on the meter.

This is to encourage you to be ready so we can provide a fast efficient service for all our customers.

7. When reaching your destination you will be required to pay the driver the amount stated on the meter prior to unloading. Cash payments are to made to the driver. We do not accept cheques. We are looking to add debit/credit card payment facility shortly. A full receipt of payment will be given to you from the driver.
